Paypal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all major credit credit cards are all accepted payment methods. We offer Klarna and Afterpay for qualifying purchases as well.

Please note, Idaho residents will have a 6% sales tax added to their order during checkout.

- Local pickup is available -

For customers interested in local pickup (available in Pocatello, Idaho ONLY), you now have the option to pick your order up from Alana at Knotty Twist! For in-stock items, orders can be picked up 1-2 business days after the date your order is placed, and for preorder items, 4 weeks after order date. Please note, pickup day/time will depend on when you order vs Knotty Twist’s shop hours. Please wait until you receive your pickup email with more information before heading to pick up your order. Orders will be held for one week after your pickup email has been sent; you will also be sent one reminder to pick up your order, then after one week your order will be canceled and refunded.

All orders will be shipped domestically and internationally via USPS. Shipping price will vary depending on the number of items in your order, and which shipping option you choose. There are two flat rate options available for U.S. customers, and one flat rate option each for Canadian and other international customers, listed below. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been packed and is ready to ship. Please note that may take 1-3 business days for tracking details to update on the USPS website, and international orders may not be able to be tracked once they leave the U.S.

International customers may be required to pay customs fees upon delivery. Please note, there is nothing I can do about these fees.

Orders including only in-stock, ready to ship items will be shipped within 3 business days. Preorder items will ship within 4 weeks of order date.

• If you are planning on ordering both in-stock AND preorder items and would like your in-stock items shipped before the preorder items, please place two separate orders. Otherwise, everything will be shipped together once your preorder items are ready! This is meant to help save on shipping costs and packing materials/waste.

• On that note, if you place multiple orders and would like to combine shipping into one package, please send me an email with your order numbers as soon as possible and I will gladly combine your orders and refund any extra shipping cost.

- refunds, returns, and exchanges -

Prior to delivery: If your package goes missing while in transit, I will make it right! Depending on the items in the package, this may mean a refund, replacement, or store credit (e-gift card).

Once your order has been marked as delivered by USPS: The responsibility of the package transfers to you, the customer, and I am unfortunately unable to provide a refund/replacement/credit for missing items at that point.

I do not currently offer exchanges.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please let me know as soon as possible. I want you to love your items, and I’ll do what I can to make things right! Please note, some color bleeding is normal, especially for non-superwash, vibrant/rich, or heavily speckled colorways, but if there is excessive bleeding, please let me know.

I do my best to capture and display colors accurately, but please note there may be variances due to screen/device and lighting differences. As I do dye in very small batches, there may be slight variances between batches, and even skeins within each batch (especially for variegated/speckled colorways). I always recommend alternating skeins when working larger, single-color projects.

Due to the nature of digital downloads (which are automatically available for download shortly after purchase), pattern purchases are final and non-refundable. Please note, patterns are currently only available on Ravelry and Etsy.
