How long will my order take to ship?

Orders including only in-stock, ready to ship items will be shipped within 3 business days. Preorder items will ship within 4 weeks of order date.

• If you are planning on ordering both in-stock AND preorder items and would like your in-stock items shipped before the preorder items, please place two separate orders. Otherwise, everything will be shipped together once your preorder items are ready!

• If you place multiple orders and would like to combine shipping, please send me an email with your order numbers and I will refund any extra shipping cost. This also helps cut down on packaging.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this time, I only ship within the USA.

What is your return policy? 

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please let me know and I’ll make it right! Please note, some color bleeding is normal, especially for non-superwash, vibrant/rich, or heavily speckled colorways, but if there is excessive bleeding, please let me know.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, pattern purchases are final and non-refundable. Please note, patterns are currently only available on Ravelry and Etsy.
